Sorry you're feeling so insecure, but i think its pretty normal! "Don't" fight taking a short nap (I know, easier said than done), but thinking can change dramatically. And always remember, "this too shall pass" I had cataplexy also, and lets just say it gave a whole new meaning to having "weak knees" when trying to be intimate! lol

I'm a single mom W\4children.I have suffered W\narc for 18yrs I was diognosed 5 month ago. I also have sleep apnea.

- I've taken provigil for two months now,the only thing I,ve noticed is when i get a sleep attack I use two take a 15min nap feel much better, but w\the provigil I still get the attack but cant fall asleep !

MY daughter was diagnosed whypothyroidism she is only 10. after taking her to one doc. after another for headaches and stomach aches. they ran test after test came up w the hypothyroidism. The said after she starts on meds. the headache & stomached should stop. It has been over 1yr now. There has been little change!
