    • About Me

I have a 14 year old son who suffers from Tourette syndrome. We have been through the usual medications without much success. Has anyone had their tics improve with age?. This is what we are hoping for?

Hi, my name is Devin. I have tourettes, and I see that your son does too. I thought maybe I could help with that. I also saw that you suffer from migraine headaches, my mom also suffers from that, so maybe I could help or just talk.

My son is 14 and was diagnosed at 10 with ts. We have tried most of the usual meds, however they all make him feel terrible and look sick. We have tried no meds and things are worse. Has anyone Geodon and had any success with it for tics? If so what dosage etc??

      Treatments

      Geodon Somewhat Helpful
Nothing great, maybe takes the edge off the tics, but thats about it. Tried higher dosage but, made my son sick and drugged
      Orap Somewhat Helpful
Worked the best but side effect were weight gain and looking puffy.
    • Close Migraine Headaches

I'm a 49 year old women who experiences migraines once or twice a month. They put me in bed for a couple of days. I don't tolerate meds very well as they seem to bring on nausea. I've just recently started to take phenergen which is an antihistamine, it relaxes me and allows me to sleep during a bad attack.
