How about updating your journal????????? I"d love to know what is going on with you. Now that I know what an elliptical is, I have a great deal of respect for you beign on there for 80 minutes. I feel faint after 20.

3 years ago, I tried to start a family. I had 1st missed period after IUI when I just turned 42. I had an IVF 3 mons later. My period became whacky andI had a few hot flash episode sep 06'. Chinese herb seemed to relieve HF, but didn't regulate my period. I switched TCM dr and the herb regulated my period. Since DH wanted to break, I stop the (very costly) herb in 3/08. My last period was 4/18. I took Provera 8/15 for 7 days like i did after the IUI, but that has yet to bring my period back.

I have no close friends and I am not close to my family either.
Open Dry Eyes
My dry eye syndromes seem to get worse everyday. I can't wear contacts anymore and my eyes are always burning. I think it's somehow related to menopause. I would like to see if there are holistic/alternate treatment out there.
Open Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) Depressionnothing seems to go right in my life. not close to my family, no friends, husband is no longer available. I don't want to be on meds for depression.
