Things have taken a turn towards the good so far!! With anxiety it does tend to come on strong and percipitate all kinds of spiraling downward symptoms and then as quickly as it starts....it disappears..sometimes for months...sometimes for years. That has been my experiance. So for now things have been going "WONDERFUL". Without any extra medication I might add. Just my usual ativan every night and xanax maybe 2 times a month. I am so glad I fought through the many suggestions the doctors recommended to me re: perscriptions. Now I have all these antidepressant meds piled up in my medicine cabinet...haha. Feels good to be "ME" again and with the holidays approaching...feels even better. I truly feel this site helped me through this time....I keep a personal journal but there is something about someone else reading your pain and responding that is uplifting to the spirit. Now it's my turn to be there for someone else whom may need it. It's a give and take. Thanks to all whom responded!!
