OK, I JUST DO NOT SEEM TO COME BY THIS NATURALLY. TRYING TO HELP MYSELF THAT IS. I SPEND MOST OF MY TIME WONDERING AND WORRYING ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE AND THEN AT THE END OF THE DAY, I SIT BACK AND WONDER WHY I AM NOT ACCOMPLISHING MUCH. BUT HAVE TURNED TO MOUNTAIN HIGH ORIGINAL YOGHURT - PLAIN. AND IT SEEMS TO BE HELPING ME ... AND I LIKE IT. EVEN MORE INTERESTING. EVEN THOUGH I MESSED UP TODAY AND MY FASTING SUGAR WAS 314, BY NOON IT WAS 155. DIDN'T EAT UNTIL THIS EVENING AND HAD YOGHURT WITH SOME THINLY, SEE THROUGH, TURKEY LUNCHMEAT. PROBABLY TOO MUCH SODIUM IN THAT. GOTTA GO NOW, WORKED ALL DAY HELPING A FRIEND PAINT AND MY RIGHT RING FINGER IS CAUSING ME SOME REALLY BAD PAIN. WONDER WHAT THAT IS ALL ABOUT ... ONE MORE THING TO DEAL WITH .... I WILL KEEP ON KEEPING ON AND HOPE TO SUCCEED AT SOMETHING ... THANKS FOR LENDING AN EAR ...

If ur #s are improving & you kno why, ur heading in the right direction. I must resist the urge to participate in the uber fattening rituals of the nxt 2 months. I picked fridays as the night to go a lil crazy on food but not much 'cause i learned to enjoy losing weight &waking up hungry but feeling good
