I have suffered from anxiety most of my life. I have come off of all RX drugs in the last few months...I am feeling better and have a clear head most of the time. My anxiety tends to get the best of me at times.

Close Codependency
I discovered a few months ago that codependencey was an issue for me in some relationships. I have learned how to be independent and not depend on others. I still have a long road to travel finally be free of my codependency anxiety demons.
