I am a 52 year old with 2 teenage girls, married. I am past menopause and work full time. I was force feed as a child and hate many health foods. I need to lose 20 lbs. I joined a gym and eat low carb but still can't budge my present weight. I lost about 15 lbs over the past 5 years but that is not enough to reach my ideal weight.

Thanks for hug and advice xx
Hi there. I'm glad you are finally ready for a full pill. I'm actually done to 35 pounds now. I can fit a size 10. I'm so happy for myself. I feel like I'm a new person now. Anyways, my Thanksgiving was great. I kinda over ate but hey its only once a year and best yet the turkey was yummy. Couldn't say NO to it. LOL.
I'm glad you are being consistent. I don't know about you, but I hate going to bed hungry: I almost get panicked about it! I now have a high protein snack, a protein bar, or protein drink, before I go to bed, because protein fills me up. I also have soy protein, because that's easy for the body to break down and digest...just a suggestion. Do you think that'll help you too?
weekend hugger flying by...
just for you...thank you !!!
My entire family has hereditary high BP. I have been on meds since 1999 when it was first diagnosed. Sometimes the meds just don't work anymore so they have to change them. I take 3 meds right now and when my BP has been elevated I make it worse by worrying. I prefer the drugs to no drugs because I think if I didn't take meds I would worry all the time that I was going to have a stroke.
