About Me
Moved back "home" to Indiana from Arizona to care for my 87 yr old father. I am alone in this effort with no support from siblings. My son is in prison in Arizona; my daughter just gave birth to my first granddaughter but I will never see her or know her as my daughter and I have been estranged for 12 yr because she decided her stepmother had been "more of a mother" to her than I had ever been. Both children are adopted and my daughter found her birth mother, which I supported, but did not want me to meet her or be part or her life in any way! So I have suffered from depression for years-thus labeled the "crazy lady" by my ex-big reason my daughter distanced herself! Also have fibro and finally correct diagnosis of Bipolar II! Surgery gone wrong, surgery to fix it, hospital staph infection resulting in amputation-not musch help to my Dad! I teach piano and flute-can at least still play and do love my music and my God who blessed me with my talent and ability to share it with others! Have been gone from DS for too long and hope to reconnect with old friends and make lots of new ones!

Interests
Music, my pets, reading, teaching piano and flute and keeping my playing (piano & flute) skills the best I can be, even with the pain of arthritis and fibro, to keep teaching and performing! Have a few really good friends, enjoy long talks, walks, when I can, and helping others even when I feel I can't help myself! And always remembering God will get me through whatever He puts before me!

Recently diagnosed with bi-polar type II at the age of 55 after being told for over 30 years I was mildly depressed!!
