i started taking vicodin 3 1/2 years ago for cervical cancer, which ended up being a very long process trying to get rid of the cancer (&having a hysterectomy). my doc had me on them for the entire 2 years it took to get me into remission. the rest of the time, i sought them out myself because i thought i still needed them. when you stop, you're body starts feeling alot of pain making you beleive that u need them...it's a vicious cycle.
