  Sounds like you had a comfortably snuggly holiday! I am so happy for both of us! Even when we can't have the traditionally picture perfect holiday, if we can avoid the dysfunctional high family drama it's successful!

  We ate round 5, & sister had to work at 4. Of course in a normal situation I would have gladly moved the dinner time for family to attend :( Oh, & gang banger nephew didn't show & SIL was ill, so it was a small group... no major drama! I guess that is a successful holiday! BUT, I tried to send leftovers home with others, and I still have a fridge majorly full of left overs... many of the things that I have cut out of my diet. Now I am trying to to gorge on myself.

  Been better that is for sure! Craziness with family... & the prospect of a 'family gathering!' ARG, what was I thinking to host this yr, I guess I thought I could limit the drama, yeah right! STILL haven't heard about the job... Just scheduled my surgery for 12/3... RE won't give me a clear go ahead till at least Jan& who knows if I can even afford any of that after this surgery may cost me over $2000+!!!! . I turn 40 on the 11th. NOT where I thought I would be at 40!!! I am just sick of the honest answer to "how are you?" being, "LIFE SUX!" I am so ready to start swing from these bars instead of just 'hanging in there!' 'Nuf about me how you?

  I've been checking my BP daily along with my urine for protein since August. I'm old, was 40lbs overweight thanks to fertility drugs when I got my BFP etc and my dr is super super cautious. It just started to creep, if it goes over 140/90 for 2-3 days it will be bed rest time. Today was 138/74... I got back to my Peri on Wednesday for another non-stress test so we will get a good feel. I'm just not going to worry about it...
  
  Sorry about the pain. I'm not a good patient either so I can completely understand. Try to follow directions the best you can!!!

  Thanks! My bp is creeping up so I'm starting to get a little nervous. How are you doing? How's the pain/nausea today??

  So sorry to hear about your friend. You can provide her so much comfort right now being through so much as well....it isn't fair!! I have been thinking about you lately and hope you start feeling better real soon:) Thanks for all your sweet comments on my photos - you are such a sweetheart. Hope this week is better and that you get some family time in w/ your sister. Happy Thanksgiving!!

  I'm so sorry to hear you are still having so much pain and nausea. Good luck tomorrow at your appt. See if they can change your pain meds or add phenergan. My DH always has to take it after his surgeries because the pain meds make him so nauseous. BIG HUGS!
