I am disabled from nursing for twenty years now.Family live 1200 miles from me.I am a christian.I have fibromyalgia and am an insulin dependant diabetic.I became a widow 5 years ago now.I have little to no family support or contact.But do have some supportive friends.But even they do not seem to understand my illness sadly.I have cfs and MCTD and CMP Am now beginning to rebuild a relationship with some of my family though stil don't think they understand but that is ok.I have had Lupus for many years.

To walk when I can which is fairly regular but not always far.I have a dog who enjoys these walks and keeps me motivated to contine as he is old and needs the exercise also.I like to putter around with flowers in the summer.Cw and gospel music.My computer radio and some tv. I now have a new puppy to keep me even more motivated. LOL

Wow dallas that is allot of snow !!!!! And some fridgid temps. We do get allot of snow here too but not to often have I seen it ever hit that many inches now for several years. However we do get quiet abit of snow and the below zero temp "ugh" and your winters last long like ours. Been getting allot of rain lately which is unusual for this time of year but not complaining I would rather see the rain then the snow. Was diagnosed with chronic fatique syndrome in 89 and fibromyalgia.About twelve years ago was diagnosed with Lupus.Seen a rhemotologist today who says he can't say for sure without further testing which he has started.I am so confused tired and consumed with pain.I just don't know what to think anymore.
