Angel Wings and Butterflies
Spread your Angel wings and fly through the skies
Dance swiftly across the earth like butterflies
Keep giving tenderness to the lives you touch
Who knew one special soul could do so much
My heart is weak and on the mend
But in you I’ve found a friend
Whose guidance will help me to new limits and reach the skies
You make me melt with those pouty lips and puppy dog eyes
When I think of you the songs race through my mind
Of angels, heaven and other things of the kind
May GOD give you the courage to confront things you fear
And patience to answer all the whispers you hear
Patch Adams cured others through laughter and surprise
Your wonderful gift too touches so many lives
May you eternally set hearts and minds free
And I hope you are in sight when GOD comes looking for me
