Oh Boy!!

I just got off the phone with the loan officer and the goose has applied for a loan in both our names for his house in his trust.  Does he really think I’m a fool?

Anyway, I told the loan officer that the house is in his trust and I don’t get squat and I’m NOT signing any paperwork regarding this house nor am I going to be responsible for his bills.  She was a bit upset since he’s the one who initiated the refinance and he didn’t tell her all the facts.  So, for now, things have come to a screeching halt.

I spoke with him briefly about this before he headed out for the day and he told me that my Social Security was so the bank would know we had enough to eat on and didn’t affect the loan one way or another.  We all know that’s a crock!  I then repeated what I’ve been telling him for years and that’s the fact that I will not sign any paperwork regarding this house, thank you very much!  He then said he would have his oldest daughter sign as trustee and that would leave me out of the picture.  I agreed to that and told him that was a wonderful idea.

I went out for my morning smoke break and found the door unlocked.  I didn’t pay attention or I would have seen his keys left in the lock.  I’m sure he fully realizes he lied to me and tried to deceive one more time but this time it backfired in his face.  I’m guessing he won’t have a very good day due to his own mass stupidity.  Oh well!

This just flat pisses me off.  Each time I make some progress with this damn Fibro, he pulls crap like this and stresses me out to the max and sets me back.  God must have a special place for fools and idiots for the goose will surely be there one day.
