  Thats what this iste is all about the ones whome are here on the other side , i jump on when i need to , my advice take on and advice what you require for your need as well as your mums .   Excellent, its okay to let out the wail or 2 , us nurses call it "Debriefing". A couple of helpful interactions for yourself , i used to yell at trees , yes thats right, take off to the country and have a yell at trees so know one could hear me , great stuff worked well i yelled ranted and raved until i was spent , sat alone, cried , reflected , rested and then stood up shook the sand off my feet and kept moving it helped i tell you . ( just a thought) Or another go to the beach build the biggest sand mould you can and then belt the shit out of it , physical energy needs to be realesed and for the carer its okay to do as long as noone get hurt in the process. Well done , you have patience m8 this is a huge journey and your never alone okay have a great day...Tracey
