  I don't know you, or your wife. But you know sometimes things isn't as bad as we think. With her at sea.It would be easier for you to keep all your good memories alive, things you did, places you went. Let the bad ones go. I relise thats not easy at times. But it sure will make her being away easier. Thank you, and your wife for keeping me and everyone else in the USA safe. God bless our service personal.

  Sorry Brother! Stay strong get some help while she is gone, You can take many proactive and possitive steps forward in dealing with your pain while she is gone, And maybe you will truly be ready to work on the relationship when she gets back. Good Luck, You can and will get through this!
