Are you still having a tough time? It's aweful to feel as though your not in control of yourself. Very uncomfortable in many ways. I feel for you! It's heavy and seems unbarable now, but it will get better. It always does. Hang in there with all you have. You will over come this. Is your pdoc working with you to help? Big hugs!!! You deserve the best, it's your right to claim that! Please let me know how your doing, once you feel up to it.

I know exactly how you feel. I just spent 4 days in a mixed epsisode of crying and not sleeping and then sleeping too much, now I'm bouncing off the walls manic. Hang in there hon it will get better.

Hugs and support here. If the side effects get any worse and you can't see your doc, then get yourself to the e.r. Take care, Jennifer :)

I am sorry you are struggling and in pain. That is never good. Fight through it with thankfulness and taking care of yourself. You deserve to feel well! You have a lot to offer those that need you and also those tha dont know they need you! Tell yourself to stop entertaining such thoughts, eventually the will stop. You can ask for help from others (even without disclosing your current challengs.) (warm hugs) If you cant see the end of the "tunnel" know it's their waiting to great you back. Trust me I know. xxx

Whats goin good? (smile). I decided my husband may have a hard time dealing with me and my mental health issues but he is lets me say, not so peachy to deal with sometimes either. I'm sorry if I came on a little strong the last note I left you. I appreciate learning from others that share similiarities and since you have your own perspective I could picture that you would be a good resource perhaps? No biggey, it was the sort of meed I was in. Hope I did'nt rub you wrong/ my message was'nt real clear either. Take care of you!!!Hugs!!! Thanks for listening!!!

You're a super star, you must be your husbands greatest supporter. What is it like being married to some one with Bipolar (mental illness)? I'm sure theres lots you could share. I am really interested so if you think about it when something comes to mind and you can share it, I'd love it if you would. Anytime. Just lil note here and there. When it's convenient for you! (smile, big friendly hug)

Well 'we're finally going to England in June. The trip is already booked so I am really excited about that. The reason I'm going off my meds. is due to a nutritional supplement called Reliv that I've been taking and it has made a big difference in the way I feel. My pdoc noticed the change in me and decided to try to take me off my meds. because he'd rather go the nutritional route than the medication route. The only bad thing is that it cost me $73.00 a month and has to be put on a credit or debit card. But to me, it's well worth the price because it makes me feel so good. What's new in your life? God, it's been so long.

(Smile) Awesome about you getting disability! I had gotten the impression that it would take about a year for their decision. I also was approved at 3-4 months and was also back paid about 7 months. It was all perfect timing. Do know if it's real common for people with bipolar to recieve disability? Do you know how long they are usually on it? I felt your joy on the matter when I read your posting. SMILE, HUG, ...
