I will do just about anything to stay on and get my meds. with the improvements and mild side effect I willingly accept mild side effects. This med works for me. Each person system is somewhat diffrent so continue to search for correct med that works for you.pdoc discontinued med that was working.pdoc stated that antidepressants are not to be given - taken by those w BP because it will drive the person bonkers and sue'i 'sidal.Do not abruptly disconinue physco med w/o medical assistance

I take this med 15 miutes befor going to bed. w/in 30 minutes im sound a sleep but within 4 hr peiord I will wake but I know that other than going to restrm and/are getting a fresh bottle of water - will im brain foggie and my responce timeing is somewhat slower. so iv learnt to return bk to bed and within 10 minutes of doing so im back into nice restful sleep. Im already sencitive to light but even on over cast day I half to ware sunglasses up to 4 hrs after I begin my day.

Iv always been out going,witty, spunky and even in bad situration i always find the positive. I have personal cloud that has many shades- colors. each color is a phase.my cloud is like a cycle of diffrent phases. I know what I can and cant do and when I can & cant do things and what I need to do for myself & normal length of time of each color. & if i should ever find myself lengering longer than normal in darker but not darest shade, Im happy to know that I will simply be able to call 911.

my thyp and Dr have provided me with learning tools to use. was it easy to re train my mind,nope did the learning tools have neg effect on my life at 1st,yap And i continue to use the tools and improve my life & am so much heathier for doing so.

until 2006 I was alone,i had have ample supply of frinds but my pleads went unheard. In 2006 I spoke directly to family member who also works in medical field. she answered my questions & being that we always communicated though e mails, will she was deeply concerned when we spoke. Between my sister & brother assistance and thier connection w law enforcement and medical connections and my persistance,they provided me w step by step of events that would accure. I am greatful and blessed.

Daily Support e- jourals Friends and/are Healthy Places - live 24/7 chats. having peviously kept -keeping a writen jouranl is liken to thyp. Mine shown me that I have a personal cloud, a cloud that has diffrent shades of color. with the tools that my thyp provide me and my journal. I can see my strength & weakness's and i know what i can and cant do and when i can do things.Journals are great way to learn about ourselves and to use as a tool to better health and maintain our health.
