eating good is great. keeping blood suger in line i have to stop eating food with lots of suger in it. i know i fell better when my blood sugars are running great. it's bad when my blood sugar is high.
i threw away alot of junk away. now my selving can hold it and my sports card collection. it's hard for me to part with things but we need to get rid of things we haven use in many of years and will never use again. i had to thow away books from collage. text books imagine from collage now that don't make since does it.
