hi there thanks for the hug, I just wanted to return the favour. Look mate if you can do it, self exclude contact the GA or any counsellors who are available to assist. In New Zealand our counsellors are free and they even gave me the stamps, envelopes and photo copied in colour my photo id. It took me over 10 years to do this, and I wish I done it sooner. Also Louise Hay is a terrific author who gives practical tips on improving self esteem. I would like to also recommend the book the SECRET by Rhonda Brynes. Shes been on oprah and you may have heard about her book, I has impacted my life in more ways than I can describe. The one ultimate thing that it showed me was that I attract the things I have in my life, good or bad I still attracted it. The bad stuff I had attracted I have now replace with good things, just by simply thinking and feeling different. Hi there hey Im sure they self exclude in Vegas, as far as I no, you could try and contact your local GA to get some information and support for this. I found that having my counsellor with me during this event really helped. I also posted my exclusion notices into the venues as opposed to hand delivering the forms. It still has the same effect, I am no longer allowed in the gaming areas of the 51 venues around my home. All the best and I hope you seriously consider the self exclusion, it is truly worth the effort and relief.

Hey there girl, Im a fellow gambler Im not too sure how long you have been doing this for, but Im 33 and for for the last 10 years I have been a secret gambler, I have been through hell and back and then again and back there again, for years. If I didnt have my children I wouldnt be here, I just want to say please hang in there, keep picking yourself up when you are down. I have learnt that on this journey only one person can do it and that is you. All the best
