This cold is slowly going away. I suppose after nearly 12 hours of sleep it oughta go take a hike! My weight is slowly moving, for which I'm pleased. I'm on the right track, despite what I sometimes think. I need to get back on my treadmill now that I'm starting to feel better. Not up to much today. Just relaxing and doing laundry, I think. I'll watch the Golden Girls marathon while I do that. I can't get enough of that show! My BMI is now below 40! I am not longer considered elgible for sugery! One of my goals is met! Now to reach the 70% weight loss mark, I need to lose about 5 more pounds! It feels so good to see my weight move...to see and feel the health that I'm getting. Anyhow, I should get started on my laundry, and Ethan needs a shower and to get ready to go to his cousin's first communion today. I best get myself moving.
