I have a treadmill!!! I'm so excited! I posted online for an electric treadmill in the Freecycle group and someone actually responded! I've been posting for a treadmill in the group for a good year at least and I finally got one! It works fairly well! The guy who got it for us from his sister said that she was too heavy to use it anymore so she got a new one. I was scared when he told me that, that I wouldn't be light enough for it at 235 pounds, but it turns out I am! I did get a manual treadmill from someone some months back, but I've been too heavy for that one for a while now. Granted, I haven't tried it in a few months, but I love electric treadmills anyhow. I've been longing for one for a long time. Carl wasn't real enthusiastic about getting it...but he went anyhow. Carl was all gonna put it in the barn, saying we had no room in the house for it. But I told him, well, explained to him that when my ex had a treadmill in the house I'd walk for one or two miles while watching TV and I did well keeping up on working out that way and also that exercise helps release the "feel good" hormones into the body and that might just help my mood if I'm consistent in my routine. And I've used a treadmill to exercise with before, so I know its something that works for me. I've been trying videos, walking down the road, just stuff I didn't enjoy. I'm not an outdoors type of person, so walking down the road didn't work for me really. I've never been an exercise video type of person either, I've tried over the years to make that work too. I even tried a gym membership and that didn't work cuz I lived so far from the gym that working out 5 days a week wasn't practical for me and besides, the only thing I used at the gym was the treadmill and the recumbent bikes. And that's what I wanted at home, a treadmill or a recumbent bike. And now I have one, so I'm hoping that it works out as it has in the past for me.

Not much else planned here. Oh! It's my kitty's first birthday! Tanna is a year old and she has 11 day old kittens! Haha. I haven't seen the kittens yet...she has them hidden under our house by the wood room, so until she brings them up to us, nothing I can do. I wish I could see them and see what they look like and how many there are! Oh well.

Just my home health aide coming over today for an hour (we mostly visit and do only minimal work, LOL) and then my support worker comes for an hour after that. Not much else to report! Hope everyone has a great day!

Gonna go walk on my treadmill now that everyone is outta the house! Yay! Haha.
