hi had a bout last year and it actually was ramseys hunt syndrome so the quicker i was on meds the better the outcome, per dr. my girl friend had bout when she was pregnant you don't have bells palsy too do you? keep bugging dr. office until they suggest things to help you. i would say ALOT of rest and drink tons of water. thankgoodness the worst of the pain is the first few weeks. did dr. tell you as long as you have oozy blisters you are contagious to those who haven't had chicken pox? i was told later, made me mad not that i was out bumming around but i would of been very careful who i was around. blessings for pain free days jady

- Positive Reinforcement Somewhat Helpful
- Trying to give him praise for good behaviour and ignoring bad behaviour... not ALL bad behaviour can be ignored.
Open Shingles
Somehow I managed to get shingles, I think due to my immunity being shit - why? because i'm overworked, tired and stressed and could really do with a hand at home with the kids now and again..

I am lonely because I'm introverted. I hate being out of my comfort zone and feel I'm an awkward person. In socail situations I have trouble making conversation because I'm so nervous.

I no longer have an eating disorder and have overcome my body issues I feel like that's something to be proud of, I also thought my days of feeling worthless would be overonce those issues were gone but instead I have come to the conclusion that I'm not a HAPPY person. Now I'm just trying to figure out why and how I can beat this.
