I don,t have RA but I am trying to find out more about it because my mom has it. I need to find ways to help her through the bad days of pain. I am also wondering if she has been misdiagnosed. The doctors first said she had MS. Then later on did the test to show it was RA. My frustration is how did she get it. She had blood test before her heart surgerey in 2003 and showed no signs what so ever of any kind of arthritis. The a few mths later after her surgeory she could barely use her hands

Stage: Early Onset

I do not have Alzheimer's but my family and myself are apart of a study in Washington State that has linked my family to Early Onset Alzheimmer's. I have not gotten the test but I do know there is a blood test that can tell me if I carry the gene. Dr. Byrd @ Washington State University is the one that heads the research. I am greatful he has found this much. 12 years ago we did not know this much even.
