Ow, Ow, Ow. Ok now that that is outta of the way, Ow. I am so sore. But it's ok, the pain will fade, but the muscles will grow!!! Today I am taking my little girl to the library and then a stop at the Post Office. Then it's home for chores, laundry, work, and then school for me. I am hoping to get a chance to call Jamie today, I miss her so much and want to make sure she is doing alright.
Well since I am not doing any Bob dvd's today and I already walked this morning I guess I am good in that department! My breakfast was super yummy. Now I need to clean my fruit and veggies I bought last night so I can eat some.

So there you go I ate all my points today! Which works! It looks like I ate a lot of dinner tonight, but it was a yummy taco salad that kept me full for all night. And my breakfast kept me full till 11 AM and I ate at 6 AM so thats awesome. Plus I got me early walk in today. I am going to sleep till 5:45 AM tomorrow and then get up and do my boot camp workout. I don't think I will get my walk in because I have so much going on tomorrow, so I HAVE to get my workout in!
