Ok, well I did it. I worked out with Bob for the first time since March. It was interesting. I had intense pain on my left side around the ovary area. So bad at times I had to stop. But I did it. I made it throught the full 30 minutes. My muscles feel good and worked and my energy is good. I am just slightly concerned about my female area though. I am not sure that pain is normal. It almost butt puckering pain. I am getting ready to go on a walk mabey that will help release some of this pain.
Today food day though, wasn't so great. I had McDonalds (not planned). But I hadn't eatin anything before and I am holding off dinner until I finish my walk. So.....
FOOD JOURNAL 31 pnts:
Chicken Nuggets: 10 pts
Med. French Fry: 8 pts
Icecream (I know): 3 Pts
dipping sause: 1 pt
Smart Ones Dinner: 6 pts
2 WW cookies: 2 pts
So in all 30 points...1 point shy I will do better tomorrow. I also can add my workout points to my day which turned out to be like 6, but I won't do it, and never have cause whats the point then!!!!
So it looks like I will have an egg sandwich and fruit for dinner tonight. But thats ok it sounds good!

The ovary behaved by my achielles(?) tendon didn't. I have been icing it on and off 20 minutes at a time for the last 2 hours. But whatever it's all good! Up again at 4:45 to walk! So I am off to bed.
