When I started doing my journals online...I would label my journals as painful! I hated putting out there what I was eating, but it really does help you make better choices and be aware about what you are eating!! Keep up the great work!

hehe I am glad that you see that! Good for you Ana! I really like how you are taking the big step to put it out there. Even on the crappy food days. It happens to us all, trust me :) I would recommend bulking up your meals, so that you get more food for less or the same cals. Like I LOVE having a sugarfree chocolate pudding cup (60 cals) and some frozen berries mixed inside it (80 or 70, depending on the fruit) and it is a frosty goodness for only 140 cals max. Which can't be more than 2 pts. Or you could try nonfat cottage cheese with some salsa inside, or a big salad with a small chicken breast (3 or 4 oz). Just so you get nutrition, taste, and bulk. When I have an awesome meal, I usually take a photo of it and post it to share with you all. And if you have any questions, I am always here!
