Alright, well according to my weekly tracker I gained weight. But that was to be excpected. Thats why I said I unofficially lost 6 pounds this last week, cause I missed the last 3 weeks of my meetings (because of my stupid car) so I didnt get weighed in on last saturday. But I weighed myself on sunday here at home and then again on friday and I had lost 6 pounds according to my scale at home. SOOOO....
But I have set the new goal for myself. I want to loose 12 pounds by Feb 7. That will not only put me at my 2nd 10 percent goal, but it will be a 50 pound loss since I started hard core this past Jan. I have lost about a total of 80 pounds, but the 20 or so pounds were kinda a fluke. Mostly crash diet. But I am doing it now as a lifestyle change with away that I can live with! =D I am so excited and ready to go!! I not only think I can do this, I KNOW I can!! =D
