The workout, and other things Mood

Well, I did a super workout today! I am still shaking from it. And I finished about an hour and foutyfive minutes ago. MAN!! I did a warm up, a high intensity cardio, and a boot camp and finally a stretch!! All together an hour. Teamed up with my walk this morning it is a total of about 2 hours of just me health time! YAY!! I pushed myself super hard this workout (not to fear I am taking the weekend off) so hard in fact I almost threw up in the shower, I got so nauseated I really thought I was going to loose it right there. So I put my head againsts the shower wall closed my eyes and took deep breaths. In the end it passed with out me lossing it in the shower! Is that a good thing, I have no idea! HAHAAHA! Plus I love it when you are working out and sweat is just dripping off you and hitting the floor! It may sound silly but it makes me feel strong and tough! (yes, i am a nerd!!)

 

There is a lot I want to share so I am going to break in down in sections. OK so I weighed myself on Sunday and was so horribly disgusted that I didnt want to get back on the scale. But I did this morning and I am down 6 pounds! Now, this isn't my offical weigh in so I am not going to mark any progress till tomorrow, but I am just so stinkin proud of my self!! =D

 

Alright and exercise, you have to do it. If you want to loose weight there is no way around it. But besides the physical plus's, here are some other things I have noticed...

It makes me drink alot more water through out the day, I am up to 80 oz a day

It makes me just feel better about life, myself, and just in general

It makes me eat better cause I dont want to mess up all that hard work

It boosts my energy level

It makes me happy and more level headed

It is truely amazing what exercise does for me. The last few months seem like they were so hard on me, but this week has just been fantastic! So I just want to encourage everyone to try to exercise or be more active this next week. The sore muscles and sweat is soooooooo worth it!! =D

 

And the last thing, I am going to go ahead and set my goal. I want to loose 10 pounds by the end of Janurary. That will put me at 50 pounds since I really started this last janurary. I wanted to do that by the end of the year, but life happened so...I will put up the new goal tomorrow with my official weigh in!

    I loved this! First of all, GREAT JOB with your awesome workout!! That sounded intense! Yay!

    Workouts have made all of the difference for me. I am a different person because of my workouts and how much they have given back to me. I am right there with you on that! I like your new goal- you can TOTALLY do it! keep rocking it! Hugs!
