Alright, well I had to take yesterday off cause my butt and thighs hurt so bad I was walking around like a cowboy for the day!! hahahha! Sad huh?? Anyway, so I woke up this morning at 430 and walked 31/2+ miles in 50 minutes and now I am getting ready to workout with "BOB". I just haven't decided which workout.
Heres a quick funny story, on wednesday when I was working out, I made myself hyperventalate because I was not only trying to do the workout, but also keeping my abs in and breath. It all used to come natural a few months ago, but now I am having to relearn to do all three. It was soooooo funny that when I got my breath back I had to laugh. I am like the biggest nerd in the world! HAHAHAHA! Ok well I hope the translates as funny as it was, just picture it, me, doing a cardio routine, trying to keep my abs in and remember to breath and getting so carried away hyperventalating! It really was funny!!
Alright well I need to go so I can get to it!!

Figuring out the breathing is super hard and I finally said screw the in and out, I am not going to pay attention to it AT ALL and just bust through the workout. lol But that's just me being stubborn and inpatient. ;) Great job on your walk! Make sure to stretch. and drink water. No food log? What happened to the week thing? Maybe I misunderstood when you were starting that. HUgs!
