I dont think I ever learned how to drink coffee properly...

I went out this morning at 5 AM to get my walk on (31/2miles) and it was pouring down rain. But I didnt let that stop me, I am still an Alaskan Girl, right? Well I was freezing (did I mention the COLD wind) by the time I got home and couldn't feel my feet anymore. I was thinking about a nice hot cup of coffee when I got home. So I got home, stripped off my wet clothes, put on some nice warm jammies and went for that steaming cup of coffee, and.....

SPLOOSH, all down the front of my shirt!!!! The hole in my lip opened up and before I knew it I was wearing my coffee. *sigh* another wet shirt to change out of.

Now I find it dribbling down the side of my cup, and on to my table with every drink. Oh well, mabey it's a sign that I should give up my perfectly good habit!!

Alright well I am off to workout with BOB in my probably still soggy shoes
