omg i am so excited!! we are going to be moving!! to a house!!!! now more stupid condo!! the great thing about this is that because its through a family connection we dont have to pay first and last and deposit, just first! and they are renting it to us for what we are renting our condo for! and the greatest thing, its a house in a nice development!! woohoo!!! the guy wanted people in it he knew were responsible and that will take care of his property! hahahahaha! a yard! 2 beds, 2 baths (master has a HUGE garden tub), 2 car, den! so wehn we get back from vacation we will start the process of moving! hehe! i will post pics of the new house soon, hopefully! i am so excited!!!!

HOW EXCITING. WE RENT TO FREIND'S AND WE DIDN'T HAVE THEM PAY 1ST OR LAST MONTH'S SECURITY JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT, THAT IS THE BIGGEST REASON PEOPLE RENT CUZ THEY CAN'T COME UP WITH THAT HUGE DEPOSIT OR DOWNPAYMENT. IT'S TOUGH AND EVEN TOUGHER THESE DAYS. GLAD YOU WERE ABLE TO GET IN AND THEY TRUST YOU. THE QUALITY OF LIFE WILL BE SO MUCH BETTER ESPECIALLY A YARD, YOUR OWN SPACE AND GARAGE. IT'S AWESOME AND A GREAT FEELING. WE WANTED TO GIVE OUR FRIENDS A CHANCE TO HAVE THAT QUALITY OF LIFE CUZ I CAN'T IMAGINE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT, ETC. I GUESS THERE CAN BE UPS AND DOWNS BUT I HATE TO SEE WASTED MONEY. GOOD LUCK AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE PICS-CONGRATS AGAIN!

Congrats! We just moved into a new house in April. We love it. Backyard, front yard, porch and in a nice neighborhood. I can feel your excitement. I know how it feels, so just take the time to enjoy it. You deserve it. *HUGS*
