Not neccessary to beat yourself up about it. I'm sure it's a needed break...whether mentally or physically. No one but you expects it and I won't crucify you over it! Enjoy your night...guilt free!:)

Sometimes we just don't feel like it (trust me. . . I know the feeling). But I do want to encourage you and say that when you feel like that it is important to just do it and the motivation comes after. I understand the guilt, but like wrknprogress said, don't beat yourself up. I have been there before. I didn't workout for about 1 month. This is my first week getting back on track. I hope you have a great Wednesday!

I was catching up a little with your journals and didn't you just get over a stomach thing? Hope it's gone. Besides you rocked a 70 minute workout that is so impressive Ana!!! Dump the guilt and just know it's OK to take a breather! You deserve it girl! (((HUGS)))

No guilt allowed!! You have been working out so hard and you have been fighting a stomach bug...there is no reason AT ALL to feel guilty!! Just relax and enjoy your evening :)

Sometimes you just need a break, not reason to feel bad about it. You've been feeling sick, your body probably just needs a break, relax and enjoy yourself!

Remember you told me to relax and take care of myself? Well I am telling you the same thing. Rest and take care of yourself. Love ya always.

HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON! IT STINKS WHEN WE DON'T FEEL OUR BEST. SOMETIMES WE JUST NEED TO TAKE A BREATHER AND GET OURSELVES IN THE RIGHT STATE OF MIND. YOU MIGHT BE TOO OVERWHELMED WITH THINGS AND YOUR BODY IS TRYING TO TELL YOU TO SLOW DOWN AND RELAX. YOU WORKED OUT STRONG YESTERDAY EVEN WHEN YOU FELT LIKE CRAP. NO REASON FOR THE GUILT, JUST GET BETTER AND DO WHAT YOU CAN. YOU HAVE COME A LONG WAY AND IF YOU OVER DO IT, YOU WILL GET BURNT OUT FOR SURE SO TAKE IT SLOW. HUGS YOUR WAY TO HELP YOU GET OVER THE BUG..... STAY STRONG AND I'M THERE FOR YA. KATHY
