managed to workout yesterday....
workout:
the biggest loser, the workout (new one)
warm up 5 min
low intesity cardio 25 min
strength and sculpt 20 min
cool down 20 min
total workout 70 min

Awsome! Doesn't it feel good to put your accomplishments in writing? I was just telling my hubby that I love ds because it keeps me on track. I don't want to be that girl who talks a good game, but doesn't live it!!!LOL. Keep it up!
