ok so i lost .8 this week. i know i know, its a loss right? well, why am i so dissapointed then? well, i think i know, the last month has been so hard for me. it seems like for every step i take forward i get pulled back a step and a half. so frustrating. i think i am on the verge of a mental plateau and i am terrified. i am terrified to EVER feel or look or just be the way i was before. and now that i feel like i am just treading water i am afraid the scale is going to go the other way again.

it also seems frustrating because i was loosing weight at good chunks, you know cruising right along. by this time i was planning to already be in the 220's a weighti havent seen in 10 years or so. but here i am still in the 230s. ARGH!!!

i know that i have been slacking a little in the exercise department, so i am going to amp up that area this week, and i am going to post it right here. my plan of attack will be work out mon-fri. alternating between strenght training and cardio. so i will post them.

alright, well i must be off now, i have a lot i have to get done today and 24 hours never ssem to be enough you know!

    Hey Ana--Don't get discouraged.At least it was not a gain. And I totally understand the disappointment!! I always hope for like a 10lb loss and then get disappointed when it is not.     Don't beat yourself up! You are doing really well and .8 is nothing to be bummed over! I agree that pumping up the exercise will definitely speed it up, so I say go for it! You are doing really well and should be so proud of yourself! hugs!! =)

    I don't think .8 is nothing to be upset about, you're right a loss is a loss! I think that increasing your workouts will help and rev up your metabolism a bit. You are doing so well and you should be so proud of yourself of your hard work! KEEP IT UP, YOU CAN DO IT!
