I am SO proud of your great amazing wonderful workout today!! I am so glad that I could inspire you with the plank! When I started out, I could BARELY do 40 seconds. And sure enough, the two minutes happened eventually! Keep on pushing hard and do countdowns! 10,9,8... ;) LOVE YOU!
