I am doing myself some good by volunteering one day a week at the gift shop in a local hospital. I am also going to a group the other 3 days a week to learn more about my illnesses and what to do to help me through. I have also found a book that deals with cognitive behavioral therapy that is going to help me figure some of my stuff out. I am also going to share this book with my therapist. I really picked out what I needed at the time. My case manager recently left the team and i made my peace with that because I knew she would be leaving sooner than later. I am very happy at the moment and I am also on meds that are actually doing me some good. I hope that all of my friends are dong good these days. Have a great weekend and make the best of a bad situation by turning it around to be in your favor. Keep on keeping on and reach for the sky.
