I so agree. I also think that when your feelings are given their space to be - you will
bounce back much sooner too. You know? Stuffing stuff down doesn't work very
well - it will come out one way or another I guess. I'm eating like a pig - and I know it
is due to emotions - I guess I should deal with the emotions.......or I'll weight 200 lbs.
You know - honoring that part of you that needs to shut down is probablyl a very
good idea. Thanks for saying that - I don't know about you but I tend to beat myself
up for shutting down. There is ALWAYS a legitimate reason for what we're doing or
feeling - even if we dont' know it at the time.
