    • About Me

I am happily married to my best friend. I work in accounting for a Lumber Company.I have found the cause of my miscarriages, I have a balanced translocation in chromosomes 2 & 4. I have about a 75% chance of miscarriage each time I get pregnant. But I have a 25% chance of having a baby and its worth trying to me! Did I mention that after 5 consecutive miscarriages Im 6 months pregnant with a little boy?! God is good!

Pls read my journal entry for today. Did they remove my messages from your mailbox too?I have several confirmations that they are going to my friends' mail, and removing my personal e-mails! Good grief. I would not be surprised if they closed my account altogether. Please send me a personal e-mail address just in case!

U kidding? A little bit catty, but I have had much, much worse! I do have strong opinions on certain subjects, and you would not believe some of the crap that people have posted in response to me. You were "polite" in comparison..lol! :)

So r u expecting a second boy? I am actually due in 3 mths, not 7 mths...and indeed, a 4th boy! God help me! 5 men in the house will be way too much testosterone...

I just find that many moms have way too little info on deciions they end up making, be it on childbirth itself and options in pregnancy (natural childbirth, risk of epidurals and induction, c-s, vbac, etc.), breastfeeding vs. formula feeding (everybody seems to think formula is just as good as bm), and the cricumcision decision.

As I mentioned in one post, my poor dh had to be partly circed at 5 yrs, because of poor hygiene. His parents were too "puritan", so the mom did not know or think to teach hm to retract his skin...ouch! Neither did the dad. That is why we are careful to teach them al to retract the skin and rinse, once a day in the bath, otherwise, it can "grow over". It is no problem at all...just like washing your face or your feet.

Anyway, I am only trying to get info out, so moms here on DS can make an enlightened choice. What that choice is, is not my business. As long as they are aware of what they are doing.

If you want to see one "controversial" post, that got shut down, IMO, for no good reason by DS, see this link:

      http://www.dailystrength.org/c/Pre...

To me, this is censorship. For not reason. I find it really offensive and appalling. If you think likewise, then please write to your DS friend, "Doug" ? and ask that they re-instate it. Until I made a big fuss, they actually erased the entire thread all together. ARRGGGH.
