i had a bad start to the weekend my iowa hawks lost for the first time this year. listen to sound off afterwards all of them blaming the coches for the lost. the lost of are quarterback with a fumble and got hurt so are back up quarterback with only 4 playes this year in the iowa state slugter. i hope that with practice he gets better as are quarterback is out untill the bowl game we will go too. today was gooc the iowa veterns band but on a free concert to honor those who served their country. i haven't saluted the flag since i got out of the service. they ask all veterns to salute the flag thou the pleage of allegence and star spangle banner. we were to stay saluting the flag untill it was retired. before intermission they had all services repensentied when they play your service song. the first was the army amy people came out with flags and the army people saluted the flag will their anthem was played. then they did navy so i got to stand up and salute the flag i fought for. next was the mariens, air force, and cost guard.

IT WAS A NICE TRIBUTE TO THE MILITARY. FROM ONE VETERAN TO ANOTHER HAPPY VETERANS DAY THIS WEEK.
