i had problems all day with my allergies. my stomack upset and nose running all day my nose sore from blowing my nose so much. so didn't get to senior center today. took my blood sugar tonight low normal 70. so had a hamburger first food today as my stomack settle down hadn't eat anything tell this evening. they say all diebetic cheat you need to know when to do it. since low normal i went out tonight and had a banana split at the diary queen.

Be careful, the sergeon general has determined that cheating "can be hazardous to your health". But it WAS good, wasn't it. ;-) I snuck out for a Choco Cherry Love Blizzard tonight. I don't have to watch the sugar, it's the whole calorie thing with me. I've lost 200 pounds, but it's always the SAME 5 POUNDS. I reward myself just a tad too often. Banana splits can cure an upset stomach for sure.
But, of course you will stick to your diabetic diet from here on in.
You do take good care of yourself.
The Senior center will be there waiting for you.
