i've been gone for some time again computer giving me problems. i am back again but in a lot of pain. i fell on a nail that was holding down the lanolium in my bathroom on the carpenting. i have flared up my whip lash from and automobile accident five years ago. i feel the day after my 60th birthday in january 24th i fell. the va can't give me phyical thypy as they are full. so they are paying outside agency doing it. i get treatments in my home three times a week. i just heard about a death of a friend of mine on this site last year. i likely didn't know about it because i was without my computer when she pass away. i imagin her partner are taking care of the three boys she adopted. have had trouble with my ibs often also. the pain from my fall keeps me awake at night's i maybe get three hours of sleep a night. i havent been out of my house since my birthday because of pain and being tired i think it would be dangeous driving. the thypist said i should't drive because you timeing is off when you are in so much pain. so if you don't get hugs from me it's because the pain is strong when i typed so won't be giving hugs or writing many journals untill my pain gets better. i don't know why i was so dumb that i couldn't see the nail sticking up untill i triped on it stupid.
