About Me
I am living in the Gulf but took a sick leave & came back home (Jordan) for treatment. Once I am done, I will rejoin my work as a marketing manager in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).. I was diagnosed in July 2007 of having a malignant mass in my left breast.. had 4 chemo sessions before mastectomy (on Oct 6) & other 4 Taxol sessions after surgery.. pain isn't the word for what we go through with this illness .. it's a turmoil of many feelings & thoughts.. now I'm taking radiation & after that will be on Tamoxifen for 5 years. I became a stronger & more patient person.. I learned to live the day to the fullest & appreciate every single thing in this life.. I go with the flow & live a peaceful life .. I stay away from stress & negative "toxic" people.. don't need negative energy in my life .. I try to educate myself more about cancer & the right food.. when I go back to Dubai, I'm planning to volunteer in any breast cancer society or foundation there.. I want to help as many women as I can.. God Bless You All.. Have a great day..

Today was a happy one.. I finished my 3rd week of radiatherapy.. no burns (Thank You God).. two more weeks & the end !!! I did some shopping too …

Stage: IIA (T2 N0)I lost my dad to kidney cancer in 2001. It wasn't a long battle.. never took chemo or radiotherapy as it was very aggressive as doctors said.. now it's my turn to battle for me & him.. two of my cousins are breast cancer survivors (10 yrs & 8 yrs now)..
