If I do not stay on my meds, I become irritable one day- really super happy the next- sad another day. The feelings can last for days, which effects my family. SO- I tr4eat my Bipolar Disorder just like anyone would treat Diabetes...Which is ALSO a medical issue. Stay on the meds, keep all Dr's appointments and always have regular bloodtests done.
