i'm 17, lots crazy! Got a great group of friends :) i never shut up. i live in cyber land of internetness, spend waaayy too much time on here and other forums. also seem to be increasing time i spend checking spelling mistakes etc... haa. I gots the dreaded M.E and other fun stuffs to go with it!

I lurvve Funky Socks, days on the beach, my iPod- Bert and laptop Ernie, SLEEPING! shopping, pretty colours, chocolate, JELLYBEANS. good happy music, and all the depresing acoustic stuff too! GUMMY BEARS, chocolate raisins... I'm a chick flick kinda gal, and love trashy magazines tooo!

Moment of Peace
I hope all is well with you! I journaled! I am not doing that as often as I once was because I am trying to "get a grip and re-enter the "normal" world. Not at full tilt.
Just trying to force myself out of the house more and to do a little more f2f. ( I think you taught me that I needed to do that with your CFS friends group. Since I don't know any of those in real life around here. Older normals (about 20 years my senior seem to be about my pace) It's going, it's doing! Still hoping and praying for SSDI to come to a favorable decidsion soon. Love and Hugs.

Close Migraine Headaches
I have Chronic Daily Headache, CONSTANT, VERY severe headache since Feb '07 and get regular migraines, up to 4 times a week.
Treatments
- Topamax Not Working
- i had awful side effects with this, i lost a stone cos i couldnt eat i felt sick constantly and it also made me really depressed and nasty
- Codeine Not Working
- Was on co-codamol 15/500 at the moment. went up to codeine 30mg.
- Imitrex Not Working
- had it in a nasal spray form to try and treat migraine attacks.made me very tired - hangover like effect. also had it on a daily basis as a prevent. but had bad side effects- v tired, couldnt function.
- Inderal Not Working
- i actually thought i was going to die on these. i had 4 weeks off school and slept constantly, i felt like death warmed up. it didn't work either. *Just about to start this again.. think i may regret it!!*
- Topamax Not Working

Close Chronic Pain
Diagnosed with M.E/CFS in september '07. Constant headache since Feb '07. Pain in pretty much everywhere possible!
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Too Soon to Tell
- For the constant headache. Couldn't move for 2 days after, despite large amounts of ice, hot baths and painkillers. Gave me worse Migraine than i've ever had before, one at the front, and one at the back, at the same time. Now get severe back pain.
- Codeine Not Working
- Used to take it with Ibuprofen and paracetomol to help me sleep, now it doesn't work.
- Heat Working / Worked
- works a little for as long as the heat's there!
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- Helps to relax a bit, relieve some of the tension around my neck!
- Topamax Not Working
- i lost a stone in weight, felt sick constantly and still the pain remained! it also made me more depressed, spaced out, tingling and pins and needles, i turned into a zombie. NIGHTMARE!
- Voltaren Somewhat Helpful
- Melatonin Not Working
- 10mg for sleep didnt help
Open Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Diagnosed September '07. Always caught everything going around, and had single weeks of 'M.E like symptoms' Extreme fatigue, headache, back, neck, shoulder pain. Joint and muscular aches. Nausea, loss of appetite. Brain fog, tingling, crawling sensation. Weak legs, arms and hands..... Haha, the list goes on, i get pretty much ALL the symptoms!
Open Eczema
i have papular dermititus. it flares up when i'm stressed, or just for NO apparent reason! get it on my hands, feet,n nose... affected by my M.E, cos my body doesn't cope well with anything that needs healing! also afected by my low immune system.
Treatments
- Betamethasone (Topical) Somewhat Helpful
- reduces the redness and infection part.
Open Fibromyalgia
after recently being diagnosed with M.E its also being suggested i may have fibro, pretty much constant all over body pain, aching neck shoulders back, hips. everywhere really!
