About Me
I am a mother of a handicap daughter and of a son with adhd. I have three other children as well. ages 12, 16, and 23. I lost my mother to illness about a year and a half ago. I have two grandsons. My health is not so great. And my marriage is very rocky. I'm currently going back to school, studying medical assistance. My neighbor told me about this web site, and suggested I get involved. I don;t have a lot of "me" time.

Open Migraine Headaches
I have had suffered migraine headaches since I was 18 years old. I have been on several different medications. This latest one seems to be the best so far.

I was diagnosed with depression after the birth of my doughter. She was born with spina bifida, and wasn't expected to live past 2. She just turned 22.

Open High Cholesterol
I have just started taking a medicine for high cholesterol. I never even knew I had it.
Treatments
- Vytorin Working / Worked
- I don't know if it's working or not yet. I haven't had a follow up blood test yet. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow.
Open Spina Bifida
I have a daughter with spina bifida. she is 22 years old. her life expectancy was 2. she is a paraplegic. she can't walk or talk, feed herself, or care for herself at all. she is totaly dependent. But, she's mine, and I LOVE HER!!!
