currently not working, broke my ankle in three places on christmas eve, moved across the country and i am still in rehab.

my goal of running an 8 min mile is on hold, maybe for good. i now have a 6in rod in my ankle and 7 screws.

thanks for your suppport..its been a few months and im really getting a lot better..its not really not having friends here..that will always get better..its the lack of military environment..no b-2's flying over, no apaches for my son to watch (actually they werent apache..but similar..haha) no military lingo in everyday life..NO SEEING HUBBY IN UNIFORM!!! its just odd..haha.

Get some help for your eating disorder from a professional for you and for your family. It huts so much to see your spouse or mother have self destructive behavior. I know. I saw my mother hurt herself with smoking and over eating. When she overcame her bad habits, it made me happier than I could imagine. When she was at her worst with depression and smoking and eating, I felt terrible. If you get help, you will be improving the mental health of your loved ones too. Take care.

on christmas eve of this past year of fell on the ice and shattered my ankle. i have a 6 inch rod and 7 screws, and while some people may think get over it, my lifestyle is 180 degrees from what it was. i used to run, and bike and spent most of my free time in the gym.
