- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- good for break through pain, but I have had addiction to this in the past so I have to be careful
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- Been on Lyrica for just over a year now
- Neurontin Somewhat Helpful
- couldn't tolerate neurontin so was switched to lyrica...too zombified on neurontin!

- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- Totally cut out processed foods and now eat a high percentage of raw foods, fruits veggies legumes etc......have lost 11lb in 3 weeks so far!
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I can't do high impact exercise due to my joint hypermobility so I am doing strength training and physical therapy based exercise daily... its hard work but the results are showin, have lost 8 inches total over my body woohoo
