  Hello! I'm Jackie thought I'd send you a Hug! Back pain and chronic pain is horrible.I'm going through really bad pain now.But,thankfully it's not my back right now.I go to the Chiropractic alot Because of my neck and back.

  I read your page and was moved because I am a lot like you with similar problems. I understand how hard it is with chronic back pain-it is your very center of your body's support and every move is felt in your back. Good luck to you :)

  hi lizz,wow you been thru alot i have deg dis too and havent had surgery, and i too scare too and they said it not that bad enough, but even if it was i too scare of back surgery. i had it about10-12 yrs now. but nothing really works, and now it getting to the point that it goes down in my left leg and when i stand doiung cooking or dis=hes or groceries it startrs to go numbess and burning and scring me, and the one stupit dr said well i dont know what to tell you you just have to live with it. right now i off medical leave b/c of my liver, but my job is on my feet for 6 hrs at least and i dont know if i can do that again. i scared but the thing if you cant find a symapth dr to help you and try to help the pin it crazy. well sorry about me babething, i hope you feel better, but wanted to say hi give you a hug and some prayer. need anyone i here. take care angelina ps this is your 2 hugg
