  hi b my lovely long lost friend x glad to hear that all is going well and thank you for still being out there! X i'v not exactly been travelling since s.e.asia which is quite a usual annual breake,but i have gone to a real good old travelers festival in the west country of england(devon)that was the end of august for 4 days,we have to go over to the mainland by boat as this little rock is just off the coast of brittany(france)very segregated ?!which is probably why i ended up here 22yr ago?or they put me here to keep me out of trouble lol (didn't work)!! I thought i had told you that back on 3rd of jan the police raided me(us)because i had been growing cannabis,just 2 plants and for personal use(helps with my back pain)?but still illegal and now after three court appearances and loads of shit what whith probation and drug and alcohol reports i'm finally up for sentencing on the 30th oct ?! All this has broken down my relationship with julie and screwed real big style with my mental health frame of mind !! We are still together but can't live together(both needed space!?)anyway all this has taken 11mnth and apart from seeing my usual psych today to get my methadone script i'v got an appt with another one tommorow just because i maybe want and need to go back on the olanzapine or maybe lithium for the mad kinda mood swings im having (audio hallucinations as well)!giving me abuse as usual,IM NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF SPACE,A PIECE OF SHIT !WHY BOTHER YOUR GOING DOWN IT AND YOU ARE NOT WORTH THERE TIME AND HELP!!? Im real sorry i cant be more possitive right now but this has been like a sentence in itself ?! Have to go now try sleep or drink myself that way with some mirtazipine and then boot myself up the arse in the morning with a good dose of citralopram ! I know it's fucked up but muddling through?
