Close Anxiety
Im a 19 y/o female i have social anxiety.Its hard for me to leave my house some times i wont leave for months at a time.My boyfriend picks on me about it and just doesnt understand.I've had this problem for about 4 1/2 years and i need to get my life back on track.
Close Depression
Im depressed every morning i wake up because i know what my days going to bring me.I also have Social Anxiety
Treatments
- Prozac Working / Worked
- It worked for awhile but then my body got to used to it and just stopped helping me.I deal with my depression in any way that i can with out the help of pills.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- I would go to counseling and they helped but not very much cuz when i went when i was about 14-15 years old there was things i couldnt talk about.I had a boyfriend that was 5 years older then me.And were still together.
- Writing Working / Worked
- Writing down your thoughts help.And if someone picks it up and reads it they get an idea of what u go through everyday.
Open Phobia
I have the biggest fear of fire.I lived next door to a crack house that burnt down and it scared the crap out of me.To this day if i smell something that i dont know what it is i will go around my house and try to figure out what it is that i smelt.It keeps me up until about 3-4 in the morning.
